I see that Hoffmans has received some negative press and for my opinion it seems to be unjustified. I recently was married and ordered a 1500.00 wedding cake from them. The cake was beautiful and several of my guests stated it was the best tasting wedding cake they have ever had. I have been a long time customer of Hoffmans even before I purchased my wedding cake from them.........the new managment is fantastic the bad seeds that used to work there are long gone and one of the orginal bakers is back so you know the product is out of this world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People who waste their time complaining about minute issues that can happen in a from scratch bakery need to just get over it........EVERYONE should try this bakery if not for a wedding then for a pastry, cup of coffee or lunch the place was packed today,standing room only
