I am a renter of olde town> It may make a difference of what kind of tennant you are to how you are treated.. I have been here for 1 year so far and I love it.. I do pay my rent a week early every month. My town home was all painted and recarpeted prior to move in. New appliances also were put in. Since i have been here they replaces my front bay window with a new one. ttook 1 day to install and was done very professionally. I have had very little problems but when i called for maintainence they came the same day i called and did fix the problem. As for collette. . everyone seems to complain about her but she has been nothing but sweet to me and i really like her. Actually my daughter is moving into the plan next week and my other daughter is also moving in here soon .Neighborhood is great. lots of kids.i have great neighbors and we all look out for each other....just remember pay your rent on time and take care of the place...they will treat you right. i plan on living here for a long time...the townhomes are taken care of well...mine is very nice and my daughters is being painted as we speak...a very nice place to live
