This is the worst company I have ever worked with . Their response time is poor at best. Problems are never resolved with the first service request. Mutliple requests must be submitted. Communication from their help desk is horrible. \r

If they know your internet is down, they EMAIL you. How do they expect you to get an email without internet??? Doesn't make any sense. \r

If they approach your business....RUN AWAY!
