Beware: Manager does not honor long term customers or understand much about customer satisfaction. Hung up on me, when I asked for an item exchange. The ART-DNe timer came with a factory warranty, and he basically didn't want to be bothered with it. Too busy to take time for your customer? You may end with all the time in the world.
