I asked BOK when I opened an acct for my handicapped son to NOT allow overdrafts, I was trying to teach him to manage money. We have been charged $70.00 for 2 fees, my son made an error in substraction. Now their nasty emails say if he cannot manage his money, get an atm card not debit card. Funny thing, no one ever told me that until after I complained. Anyone out there have handicapped loved ones who can and want to learn how to manage their money and lives? Do NOT bank with BOK. They will not help you. They do not care or listen. Too many banks in Tulsa to pick one that will not tell you the truth in the beginning. Pros: NONE. I used to love BOK...not anymore Cons: BAD customer svc, no breaks for young people, handicapped
