Businiess name:  Daniel Wong Kitchen

Review content:
We visited Daniel Wong's Kitchen Saturday - a must-stop when we're in Houston.\r Spring Rolls and Crab Puffs were great (real Crab!)\r The ""Crispy Hermann Park Duck"" was as good as the first time I had it ~40 years ago, when it was called ""Westlake Duck"". \r Verbal jests abound in Mr. Wong's whimsical, friendly and extensive menu. Then there's ""We'll make it YOUR way"" 3-paragraph Welcome and Introduction to the menu; UNPARALLELED, and pure joy to read.\r The vegetable-only Hot-n-Sour soup is the best anywhere I've ever dined.\r Steeped in personal tradition and impeccable food quality, Daniel Wong's is quiet, unassuming and features fantastic, original takes on what most Americans THINK is Chinese Food.\r Local diners enter and address Mr. Wong by his first name. It's that kind of place.\r I cannot offer superlatives enough about this place for fantastic tastes, variety unparalleled elsewhere, and the most customer-friendly, accomodating menu I've ever encountered in a restaurant anywhere at any price.\r PRICE? Unbelievably affordable, what I call 'stupid cheap'. Appetizers <$5, most entrees <$10 that could cost 2 X as much and still be bargains.\r Fresh, original, and 40 years of quality I know of, I cook and am hypercritical.\r Daniel Wong's is GENUINE.\r The negative posters here obviously had exceptional, not typical experiences, or short history curves with good Asian cooking, (with a 'Texas Twist'!)
