If you have been hungering for that perfect evening out -- an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, professional, friendly and attentive service without attitude, delectible food and the dreamy atmosphere in which to enjoy it all -- it is time to ring the Four Seasons and make a reservation. Aujourd'hui takes you back to the days when an elegant dinner WAS the evening's entertainment. It was not hard to get a reservation (we called four or five days ahead) and when we arrived we were seated immediately. It seemed like we had a staff of thousands attending to us, and every one of them was engaging, polite and down-to-earth. We decided to get the ""chef's tasting menu"" and were treated to a parade of delightful dishes, topped off with their famous Grand Marnier Soufflé. Everyone should experience such heaven at least once in their lifetime. I cannot reccomend it highly enough.
