Review content:
Our business called in a to-go order from Normandie Cafe. A total of 10 lunches were ordered. 5 of the lunches were sandwiches from the ""pre-made deli case"" and required no additional preparation. The other lunches were sandwiches and one salad. We were charged a 15% gratuity on our TO-GO order. The reason Normandie gave was that the meal was for people over 6 (they have a policy that if your party has 6 or more people a 15% gratuity is charged for IN RESTAURANT SEATING) and additional workwas needed for the meals. PLEASE!! A gratuity is not an automatic charge especially on a to-go order that we picked up. Also out of the 5 made to order items, 3 had mistakes and the food was mediocre at best. We will not be back!
