This has got to be the worst service I've ever received. I went in around noon for lunch, the place was not that busy. The waitress tells me to stand in line at the counter to order food. I do, and it was the absolute slowest moving line ever (and there were only three people in front on me). I think the guy taking orders left the counter a few times to god knows where. After 15 minutes of waiting, I am finally up to the front when this group of 8 walks up to the counter. The order-taker says ""oh just a minute, let me get to them and I'll be right with you."" Seriously?\r
I'd also like to mention that I am in the middle of work on my lunch hour (which is only 30 min) and now I have just wasted most of it standing in line. ARGH. I will never go back. Also, three of my co-workers also said they could never get a table. How crappy.
