Review content:
Lunch at the Normandie was an experience. The food was good and the pastries looked wonderful. Let’s talk about service. There is none. We stood in line for at least 15 minutes to give our order. Behind the counter completely lacked organization…this was not controlled chaos, just plain chaos. The food came one plate at a time as well as our drinks. We had to get up 3 times asking for silverware and napkins. They never arrived. \r
Finally, one of us went to the bathroom and got papers towels. They definitely need some organization. The service was a running joke our entire meal. It is such a shame. It is a nice area with indoor and outdoor tables and the food was good. Be sure to order the sweet potato fries if you attempt their dining experience.\r
Pros: Good food, good location, yummy pastries
Cons: Absolutely the worst service
