Everyone here was professional, from the person I first spoke to on the phone, to the receptionist, to the pilot/trainer -- which was good because it inspired confidence that my lesson was going to be safe and that I would actually learn something while I was at it. I took a 30-60 intro lesson and was surprised by how much of the flight time I was actually in control of the helicopter -- with my trainer of course. All in all, a good experience, and fun enough that I will probably pursue more.
