Good food and great atmosphere. There is free wifi so it is a great place to go alone if you have a lot of time. I never had a problem with my order but i usually came earlier and i did see other people getting their orders at different times. (but the service is deli style where you order a counter and your food is brought to you. maybe they should have a combine order option. idk.) The food could actually be slightly better but it's still really good and i enjoyed it. \r

my main complaint is the tea; it's pretty bad. there's more to tea than hot water and leaves and since tea is their primary drink they should really make an effort to improve that. \r
