I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years, and never once have I had such horrible service and been disrespected so much by staff AND ownership. They asked me to pay in advance for my services and over charged me by 50%. After only taking 15 min for a fill and color, my nails looked absolutely terrible! The previous color was still showing through!!! Completely dissapointed, i requested for my nails to be fixed and was denied the repairs and told i would be charged extra for any additional help. With the staff unwilling to help, I told them i no longer wanted them and asked for them to be taken off to which they said they were going to charge me removal fee!! When I asked for a refund due to my disappointment they refused and said, ""we don't have to deal with you anymore."" The receptionist then raised her voice and told me to leave when I asked for my receipt and the owners name so I could speak with him. After much delay and being ignored I finally got the name but no receipt. I called the owner the next day and left a message. He called me back and was immediately combative and told me to never come back to his store. He said many things that shouldn't be repeated and hung up on me! Do yourselves a favor and choose another nail place to go to, there are a thousand to choose from in the area!!!!!!!!
