I got my first tattoo there done by jeff brown. I recommended him to a few people, and eventually 5 of them got thier first tattoos there as well, and no one has had a bad experience. Everyone is really nice, patient and willing to make you happy. not to mention everyone there are excellent artists.
the only complaint I have is when i've gone there to get jewelry for my piercings. 2 out of 3 times it was not a good experience (fake metal one time that turned my ears to mush, and one time the girl getting my jewelry was just lazy and didn't want to help me) but i've known a few people that have gotten pierced there and they didn't have any negative experiences. (basically, i'm sure you're safe to go there to get pierced, but go somewhere else to get your jewelry)
