Review content:
This company is difficult to rate because they do very good work, they are very congenial, and they have fair prices, :but they may not be willing to work for you more than a few times. On my third job they never would come to look at the problem. Of course, it is their choice to decide what jobs they want to take, but it would be helpful if they would simply say no rather than continue to promise to come look at the job. Eventually calls would just not be answered, and the friendly lady in the office finally stopped answering any calls from me rather than give any new excuses such as ""Joe lost his contacts"". All this just wasted valuable time since I eventually had to pursue another roofer anyway. From looking at other reviews this type of response would not be unusual for this company.
