Review content:
Owner of Hanover Vegetable farm (Jeff Smith) is being dishonest and willingly cheating customers who purchase mulch. The mulch is sold by the cubic yard, however what he calls a cubic yard is only 60%. The operator of the loader is being told to shake to the bucket to level the mulch, which knocks off approximately 1/3 of the mulch. I paid for 16 cubic yards, however when I did exacting measurements and calculations I determined that I only acquired 10.3 cubic yards. When I confronted Jeff Smith and told him the problem, he said would meet with me and review my measurements/calculations. I have tried numerous times since then to meet with him at his farm, however he will not answer his cell phone when I call, or return any of my messages. It is now obvious that he had no intensions to meet with me and correct his measurement practices at his business. Beware, you will not get what you are paying for.
