Businiess name:  Starwich Salads & Sandwiches

Review content:
The sandwiches and salads are very good, and the coffee was delicious, but this place needs improvements if it's going to be a neighborhood coffee shop. It is pretty busy, being right near Lenox Hill and the subway. So people are running in and out and I waited forever just for coffee one day. The process is weird, order in the front, pick up in the back, and the people back there have to deliver food to the tables so they keep running away. They were pleasant but pretty clueless.\r \r As a wireless place, it's a strange choice. I haven't gone there with my laptop but I can't imagine this being a good place to work. They do have some very nice leather couches and chairs, but it is pretty busy and noisy. Something behind the counter vibrates and hums really loudly constantly, it was annoying! And the space is weird too - there's a big blue wall bisecting it right down the middle so it feels confined no matter where you are. \r \r Finally, the pricing structure of the menu is ridiculous. Sandwiches were advertised as $7.95 but more than half the ingredients had extra charges, it is so ""nickel and dime"". Pros: Good food, free wireless Cons: Slow service, weird confined space, noisy
