I went in with Kristal and it was a great experience. The girl at the front desk was incredibly nice and friendly. Not snobby at all like some other chain stores around. I met with my stylist and she was very friendly and also not the least bit snobbish (which is a huge deal to me). We talked about a lot of things, She really took her time when she blew out my hair and it looked fantastic! I felt like a celebrity! Usually when stylists give me a blowout they don't give me enough volume at the roots but Kristal took the time to make sure I had that needed volume. She also did my layers very nicely. The experience was great and I can't wait to go back!
