When my wife picked up some sushi, one of chef cursed at my wife because he had to make more. My wife was stunned and upset, so we asked for the general manager. He did not come first, but he talked to sushi bar chief and then came to us. The general manager told us that the chef was a good worker, but he complained time to time, sounding like the chef have been in this kind of troubles with the customer. We asked for the apology from chef. The general manager refused to do so. The general manager said that he would take the customer's side, but in reality, he did not want to lose his workers over the customer. I have never seen the manager like him before. He did not care about the customers, but cares only about keeping his workers happy. We started questioning his credentials as the general manager. We found out later that he was the son of the owner. Food is great at Minado, but the service is awful. Don't try to resolve the issues with the general manager. He is really incompetent.
