Review content:
While the customer service is great and the boots are of good quality, they are priced out of a regular working man's price range. While I'm sure if I checked into the penthouse at the ""Waldorf Astoria"" I would be treated like royalty and the room quality would be unmatched, I'm a working man! Duh!! I can't afford the ""Waldorf Astoria"". RedWing has forgotten their roots. THE WORKING MAN! You're prices are right out of range of the regular working man. When it comes to a choice of feeding my family and buying a REASONABLY priced pair of boots, or checking into the ""Waldorf.."" (buying RedWings) I'll choose my family every time. While its a shame, I used to like RedWing boots, I think the executives at RedWing who formed their business model have been living in a vacuum since the crash of '08. If you're not careful, RedWing, putting too much emphasis on ""service"" and being ""high and mighty"" you're going to go the way of Mason and Knapp shoes that where also 'quality' lines that overpriced there selves . Seller beware.
