Review content:
This is a horribly ran business with very rude, unprofessional employess and awful stylists. They did not keep my appointment time. They had me sign up on a walk-in list even though I had an appointment and took me 1 hour late. My up do looked awful for my friends wedding that I was in that day. I paid to just get out of there, I was so upset. I had to rewash my hair and have one of the other bridesmaids do my hair for me. I called 2 days later to tell them I was very dissatisfied and I wanted my money back and the employees would not listen to me. They yelled at me, lied to me and hung up on me. I tried to get a hold of a manager (that I still don't know if it is a man or a woman since I was told different things from everyone I talked to) and couldn't. They didn't know when he'd be in or told me he was on vacation, just giving me the run around. I am now trying to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I wish I never went there and would never recommend this place.
Cons: not punctual, unskilled stylists, and bad customer service
