I've been practicing ashtanga at Yoga Sutra for over two years now, and I've been to many other yoga schools in the city. Here you get experienced and knowledgeable teachers, a varied class schedule, and it's a wide open, welcoming space. The cost is well worth it for the quality of instruction and the environment - and my practice has soared. Plus everyone is pleasant and nice - the other students as well as the owner and managers, all of whom make an effort to get to know you. It's a pleasure to be a part of the community that's been created here, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. P.S., the green tea is a nice touch.
