After having moved to Portland from New York I was desperately searching for a place that does good eyebrows! Ive found it! After going to a few places and being completely over-waxed, I waited a few months to let my eyebrows grown in and then made an appointment with Rachel at Blush Beauty Bar- and thank goodness I did! Rachel listed to my concerns, and put me on the ""brow rehab"" program. She was able to clean up my brows and make them look neat and tidy while not making them too thin and keeping their natural shape- apparantly this is very difficult for some eyebrow waxers/threaders to do! Needless to say, my brows look fantastic. I am so happy I found Rachel and look forward to working with her in the future!
