Businiess name:  Tom Bergin's

Review content:
As a 55 year old, I had made it through life without once complaining to a manager about poor service or food, until my fifth visit to Tom Bergin's. \r \r My wife, daughter and I were seated in a booth with service settings for two. When the appetizer was served I went to the service area to get a knife and fork. After the appetizer was finished the waitress finally provided a setting. My daughter placed her glass on the edge of the table twice for more water. Both times after waiting 5 minutes I got up and filled it myself. My wife's coffee was never refilled. When my wife's meal was served the mashed potatoes were cold. I finally complained to the manager, who had warm mashed potatoes sent out. \r \r As I was leaving I ran into the manager outisde the front door. Instead of apologizing, he stated that I had anger management issues . Obviously we will never visit this place again. Open since 1936, but with current management unlikely to stay open long. Pros: Nice bar Cons: Poor service and lousy manager
