After enjoying this establishment for over 20 years, I had the most horrible experience today. The store has tickets that can be stamped for later discount on food after 10 punches. I accumulated several tickets that totaled 9 punches. Considering I was about to make a large purchase. I decided to break my order up so that I could get the 10th punch and then place my large order thereafter to take advantage of my discount. After signing my name on the back of the ticket for redemption and paying for my food, I was approached aggressively by a sandwich maker stating that I had wrote in punches on a previous ticket from a few months ago and that they only stamp the ticket. Well, I too am use to them stamping but obviously at certain times they did not. I was very offended because ""It definitely is Not that serious"" and if they did have an issue, why wasn't it addressed when it was redeemed months ago! Nevertheless, I told the sandwich maker to compare my handwriting on the back of the card to the initials on the front to verify they DO NOT match and that it was writing by their establishment. The sandwich maker began to yell and become disrespectful. I told her that I deserved an apology and that she was out of line. She then told me I was a liar. I ask her for her name so that I may contact the owner and she told me that her ""name was no of my mother***king business"" and that ""she wants to come across the counter and whoop my a**"". HER WORDS NOT MINE. I then called the police, then she called the police. When the police arrived, I stepped outside to speak with them and the sandwich maker & the other employees banded together to lie on me as if I was the aggressor and initial a $5 ticket! Then they cheated my our of the rest of my order. The owner, whom I found out name is Chris, never spoke to me but had the police ask me not to come back to the store. I am so appalled by this entire situation. I was accused of cheating on a $5 discount card from an sandwich shop I have been coming to for 20 years, then I was threatened, called a liar, robbed of the food I paid for and not even allowed to speak with the owner. If you want to be cheated, disrespected, robbed and lied on..then Unbeatable Eatables in Country Club Hills is the place for you.
