Funny how I go to this site to find the phone number and I see the above rating and it is exactly how I feel. I too bought a home at auction and had no choice but to use this company. I have lived in vegas my whole life and have also purchased homes and know what the process should be like and this was not at all normal. I agree that the loan officer and the sellers realtor both said this is the worst title company they have ever worked with in their carreers. This company blatantly lied, hung up the phone, and overcharged us and held up the closing of the sale for 7 business days. DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS PLACE !!!
