Dr. McKinstry provided excellent care for my cats. I appreciate how she answered my dozens of questions, explained the treatment options, and showed me how to administer medication to a very uncooperative kitten. She and the staff are all warm, kind people who genuinely care about cats. Unfortunately I think she's overwhelmed with patients. I would call again and again during office hours-- the phone line was almost always busy. When one of my cats had an emergency problem over the weekend, I decided it was time to go with a bigger clinic.
Pros: wonderful vet and staff
Cons: limited hours, impossible to get through on the phone
