I just joined this AFC Fitness Center a month ago and I had to let others know how welcome I was made to feel not only when I walked in for the first time, but EVERY time I come in. The staff is so friendly and helpful and it has made my ""rebirth"" so much easier. I used to exercise regulary for years and I got away from it and gained alot of weight. My trainer robert has been so helpful and motivating and even had me get involved with Pilates. I am already seeing results and it is a pleasure to come in everyday to a a clean, well equipt Fitness center. the members have been very friendly for the most part and the gym is so clean I love it. Good job guys.\r
Pros: equipment, cleanliness, FRIENDLY STAFF!!!!!
