If you are looking for friendly customer service, do not visit Fannin Tree Farms. The ""experienced"" sales associate was not interested in helping us (in the least ) find an appropriate tree for the front yard. His poor attitude and rudeness were quite surprising, truthfully. The system made me give a star, but Fannin, based on the presentation of their awful, prejudice sales person, doesn't deserve even this one.
