This service was unable to remove the light staining from our high traffic areas, which is more than disappointing since it was the only reason we made the appointment with them in the first place. So, we paid $100 to clean just one room, as it's the only room with carpet in our house, and they weren't able to get out our relatively light staining from tracked in dirt over time. I'm certain the carpets are cleaner overall, but not to my wife and my satisfaction. To top it all off, our back storm door handle previously broke, so we had it propped open with the dead-bolt latch to keep it from closing all the way. Upon leaving the tech decided, without asking my wife who was standing 10-feet away, to undo the dead-bolt and close the storm door all the way rendering it inoperable. The door had to be pried open warping the frame and ruining the $300 door. Now instead of just replacing the handle as I had planned I need to replace the entire storm door. With the $100 cost to install a new storm door we've been set back $500 for this hour-long service. Thanks Chem-Dry. I could have had my carpet replaced for that price!
