Ann at Pioneer was a real weekend saver. I was in the middle of doing laundry up for a long weekend trip and my washer quit with a tub full of water and clothes in it. After messing with it a couple of hours and making phone calls trying to get a repair person, I came across Pioneer Appliance's ad in City Search. I was ready to just write the weekend off when I got Ann on the phone and explained what the washer had done. She asked me a couple of questions then diagnosed the problem right over the phone and how to Gerry-rig it. Don't have time to put a new switch in right now because I'm going on my long weekend, in clean clothes thanks to Ann. But I will be going to Pioneer for the new part when I get back. I think I'm in love!
