Review content:
Most horrible tanning experience of my life. Been to various tanning beds and regret paying for this experience.
Salon is clean, however the staff is not intelligent or welcoming. As a student at the University of Miami, I just wanted the month package of $20. However, the staff encouraged me to pay $5 to upgrade to a higher bed (saying it was worth it). I did so, however when I returned the second time, the staff said its $5 per upgrade even though the staff the first time made it seem as if I only needed to upgrade once to get the higher bed for the rest of the month.
Another major downfall of this tanning establishment is that the eyewear ( which is required by the law ) is not free. Each visit you have to purchase the throw-away eyewear. It should be free (as it is at every other tanning bed I have visited) especially since the government insists that every person should wear them for safety.
Plus there is metered parking.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, after a month of tanning, I was hardly tanner than when I first started (even though I was visiting Tan V about 3 times a week). I was very disappointed and felt like the only thing I received at that tanning bed was skin cancer :(
Go to Boca Tanning Club in sunset. Worth every penny and you leave feeling better than ever.
