I've gone to this office for two years now and not one of my appointments has ever been on time. I have sat for anywhere between a half hour to 1.5 hrs in the waiting room. On multiple occasions, clients have made complaints to the front desk and several have walked out saying they would not be back. I myself have had to walk out because I can take only so much time off from work. Their lack of proper time management in getting patients in and out is extremely inconvenient and in my opinion, unprofessional and disrespectful but I continue to go to this office because it's true that their doctors are very knowledgable but I would suggest booking their first morning appt if you have any hopes of being seen on time. Just to reiterate, I have waited OVER 1.5 hrs past my scheduled appt time before being seen. Keep this in mind when making your decision whether to use them or not.
