I just bought my 3rd kitchen, this year, with Pages. I am a local contractor that does a lot business with them, and to read the previous review made me sick. My friends, my family, and other local contractors all shop at pages because we know the non-commissioned sales floor is all about the best interest of its customers, not to line the pockets of the salesmen. Murphy's law - things will happen, but their customer service is top notch and all issues handled promptly and professionally. I dare anyone to find a fridge $700 less than what they advertise, that made me laugh. I shop their prices and they are aggressive, they also price match. I think the last reviewer was a competitor jealous of their success!
