I didn't know what to expect when I first walked in to Clark and White. I have been auto shopping for a while and had just about given up. I found what I wanted on Clark and White's web page but did not get my hopes up since I have been disappointed before. Jim was very recepetive and friendly. He has a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable. I told him what I was interested in, which was the Mazada CX7. It was the only one on the lot and it was the grand touring. I was anxious that I would not be able to get the car as you see my credit is well..less than perfect. Jim told me not to worry and he along with the sales manager was able to get me into the car I wanted ...and within a managable budget! I had a very pleasant buying experience and I am very very happy with my vehicle.\r
There was a problem with getting my vehicle inspected but the guys in the service area was very accommodating.
Pros: No pressure; thoughtful; and considerate
