I had a bad experience at Dante Lucci. I was nervous because I had not had my hair done by this girl, but she listened to what I asked for and sounded confident in what she was going to do. I was getting my hair cut and colored only a slightly different shade of blond (which is my natural color). Well, it was colored first and it ended up orange. The girl didn't seem to know what to do and was asking everyone else and leaving me for long periods of time to sit there alone wondering if my hair was going to fall out from this. The worst part was that when she did finally come out of the back room, she gave me an attitude and didn't apologize even though I never complained. She only took 10 minutes to cut my hair since so much time had been spent on the coloring which was still an ""off"" color when I left. Although the color and cut were bad, the worst part was the attitude that came along with it, very unprofessional. I never went back. I am more afraid then ever to get my hair done for the first time with someone after this experience; I have colored my hair myself with color from Loreal and Revlon with good results since then. I guess she didn't know what she was doing.
