Five stars? Really? Our experience was far from a five star experience. Not only did we have two waitresses whom didn't pay us any attention, our food came out late and cold. Our friend's Steak Diane was recooked for him, only it was served raw in the middle when he had asked for medium. The gnocchi was overcooked (this just shouldn't happen in a supposedly Italian restaurant). The food, albeit lukewarm and cold respectively, wasn't terrible, but certainly was not worth the prices paid. The atmosphere is very beautiful, and the roaming musicians were great, although if you get stuck sitting at a table in the center of the main dining area, you will be crammed in there like sardines. It's very difficult to maneuver out from your seat if you are seated in the middle of the tables. Our friend is on crutches and could not find anywhere to keep them. We had to stop random waiters and waitresses to get us drinks as our two waitresses were never available. I ordered a drink with dinner and never received it. When the bill came, one item which had been $19.90 on the menu was charged at $21.90. It just wasn't worth the trouble...we could have just gone to Olive Garden and gotten better service and better food at a much fairer price, with a whole lot less pretentiousness. Pros: Nice ambience, quick seating Cons: Waitstaff never looks your way, food subpar, served cold
