I recommend that nobody goes here for their immigration medical. I will try to briefly explain my two experiences of this place.\r 1. I call to find out how much the immigration medical is... $175. \r 2. I go in, fill out some forms. The trillion receptionists there are extremely rude, one spoke over me to someone else when I was asking her a question and basically ignored me. I was told to go before I had my vaccination record so the b lood work could be done. The physical examination took basically less than 30 seconds and the doctor asked where my vaccination record was. I told her that I was told to come now so I could have the HIV and syphillis test done. She took her cell phone, and her handbag from the table and walked out the room. I waited in the room for about 15-20 minutes before I went to see if I could see anyone. I found one of the nurses and asked if I had finished - she went to find out. I had. \r Dr. Katz did not even see fit to say anything when she left, so I had assumed she would come back. At this point, im told that I need my vaccination record first.\r 3. I go back in today:: same thing with like 5 receptionists, chewing gum looking really unprofessional apart from white coats. A nurse comes to the waiting room and tells me that the bloodwork will be $2000 since I dont have insurance. This was in a room full of other people. I continued to talk to her about it because I couldnt understand it. I thought that perhaps this was standard practise for it to cost that much. She was laughing patting me on the back saying 'welcome to America'. \r She took my blo od and did the TB test.\r 4. When i got back and looked up other sites online which all included the b loodwork for the flat fee - I called back up and asked as if I was a new client. I was told $175 for the test and $875 for the bl oodwork. \r \r I was fed up of being told different things. I cancelled and started again with a different doctor, loosing my $175. It was worth it to never go back there. Cons: receptionists, cost,
