They don't even deserve one star. I've rented from them for the past few years and they are awful. They never return a phone call or email, however on their website it says ""excellent customer service."" I have yet to see that. They did not send any information regarding lease renewal or information if I planned on moving out. I called them to inform them I was moving (mainly because they stink) and Kelly (whose not always very nice) said, ""Good thing you called today or you would be locked in for another year."" And let me tell you, I would have not stayed there regardless. They are rude and unprofessional. When there is a problem in your apartment your expected to find someone to fix it. In other words this company is AWFUL and I have no idea how they are still in business.
