I decided to try this place out because my hair dresser moved to LA. The place looked decent, they carry great products, had great reviews so I never thought my hair would turn out the way it did! I showed the gal a picture of the color I was thinking which was about 2 shades lighter than mine and the hair ""expert"" assured me on how lovely it would look on me. Next thing I knew, my hair was about 3 shades DARKER than what I wanted and she threw in some horrible bleach pieces. It was so obvious she knew she made a mistake at the sink where I was having it washed out . SHe repeatedly added toner to my hair. I was on the verge of tears! We then came back to the chair and she could tell I was unhappy. Instead of admitting she made a mistake and will fix it, she gave me major attitude! I couldn't even believe it. Great customer service. I will never go back there again and I do not recommend it to anyone who cares to look good.
