I have never written a bad review before but feel very strongly about the work Gerber did to my car. The paint job was unprofessional (color doesn't match and there are visible paint drips) Areas of my car, which were not supposed to be worked on, were damaged (dented and paint chipped) and the job took twice as long as anticipated. They admitted that it was a bad job, and although they attempted to fix the mistakes, my cars value has drastically declined because of their work. When I dropped off my car the first time, I overheard another customer complaining about their service as well. Gold Coast Auto is supposed to be pretty good..
Pros: Enterprise rental is near by
Cons: Customer Service could use improvement
