I would not at all recommend this practice. The ladies at the front desk are very nice, but are not knowledgable AT ALL about insurance, details on treatments, etc. They are so short staffed there that it takes forever to speak with one of them either on the phone or in the office. I was told my insurance covers the procedure (I had my insurance guy on the phone and he even told me the code they needed to put in) they STILL said it wasn't covered and sent me a bill!! They also have continually said they were doing one procedure to my kids and then did another.. One of the worst was they did a full root canal on one of my kids without even telling me... I thought it was a routine cavity ($4 co-pay), but instead I had to pay $485!! and that was for only Half of the procedure!!! They take no regard for the fact that people are struggling now more than ever, and that we need to know about these things before they are done to us or our children!! I willl Not go back!!! Pros: close to home Cons: the wait, lack of knowledge, misinformation
