I have never been a type of person to write a review about anything.
However this company American Reliable Windows did such an amazing job I had to let others know.
From the very start with dealing with this company to the very end it was the most professional experience .
We had wanted new windows for over 8 yrs since we got our house FINALLY we decided to do them.
We researched in our area and beyond met with 6 different company's ....After meeting John from American Reliable we just knew this was the company.
He was very professional and explained every detail we needed to know about getting new windows from different manufactures and so on even design ideas . The price was very reasonable for all 17 windows and 2 sliders .
Any questions we had about design and function he was always there to answer his phone or call back in a timely manner.
After deciding which style and manufacturer to go with it took about 2 weeks or less I think to get the job done.
The day had come and I was very nervous .....BUT The installers showed up on time and started everything like a fine tuned machine. Well done men.
They did an AMAZING job with all our windows as I had said 17 with 2 sliders!!!
Worked almost none stop all day to finish the job.
They cleaned everything to the smallest spot.
They double and tripled checked all there work before a final inspection by us.
The very next day we got a call from John to make sure all was well and if we had any concerns to call no matter when.
Just an AMAZING experience from start to finish.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE our windows the house is quieter and feels great not only from the inside but the design and look from the outside.
I would recommend American Reliable Windows Inc not only to my family and friends but to all.
We will gladly send pics or answer any questions .
Thank you guys for giving exactly what we wanted at a GREAT price.
