Review content:
Brought my Jeep in to get a hitch installed and they fried something in my wiring. Now I have no turn signals plus the let me drive off without notifying me. I didn't realize they were out until I almost got into a wreck and the guy told me when I called to notify them. Been fighting with them for days to get it fixed and no luck. The General Manager basically called me a liar saying they were broke when I came in, but I know for a fact they were not. His installer knows as well.
I'm in the process of talking with the regional manager, U-Haul Corporate and Business Bureau to rectify this situation. If I have a good resolution I'll update my post, but until then would cautiously do business with.
Lastly the hitch was never installed because they couldn't get a bolt off the frame.
