Wow our family loves this company! Mom has needed help for some time now and she has resisted. We have had Life Made Easy for over a year now and they are very good. They come into my mothers home every 180 days and ask her a plenty of questions in regards to theft and services. I was very surprised to see this other comment from March 28th. If mother had any problem with theft they have a customer service man whom comes out and talks with all clients. Maybe it seems no family is involved if something like that happened. :( Some people get wrapped up in their lives and do not visit their family. Surely with the agency in and family there it would not have happened. It is up to the client to tell the company about anything that is suspected missing. Without proof what could the company do? They also told us they have to report anything over a $25 value missing or suspected missing. I did alot of research on this company and love it. \r \r How can a company be governed by the state, especially in this day in age and this happen? Not sure if I believe all of this.
