I was booked for an appointment on my day off that I didn't need, there was a bunch of confusion surrounding that. Ok, they did give me some free product, but it was a huge waste of time, in the middle of the afternoon. When I had the juvederm, similar confusion. Prices are by far higher than anywhere else. OK, there is some artistry in doing juvederm, but thermage and zerona, no. Call around, you'll get better prices elsewhere for non technical products. Rooms are sterile and I was freezing and they could barely find me an old blanket to keep warm. As far as Zerona, don't waste your money! I went through 2 cycles, followed the diet, took the pills- seems the inches I lost probably came from the diet and exercise. I did not see a huge improvement. Use lipo instead- that can be directed to a specific area, it's less expensive, and you DO see results. I should have just burned that 3K+ for that... oh well.
Pros: One doctor there is very good w/ juvederm
Cons: price, staff confused
