Review content:
My fiance and I were excited to have a new place to go in our area, but were horribly disappointed. After entering the bar, no one approached us and there was no signing to let us know to seat ourselves. So after a few minutes we made our way to one of the open booths. Many waitresses passed us by...several times each with no eye contact or menu drop. After about 5 more minutes, a man who was probably the manager stopped to ask if we had been greeted yet. We said no and he asked us if he could get us a beverage. He returned promptly with our beer and told us we would not be charged for that round and that our waitress would be right with us. Our waitress dropped menus, but after deciding and signaling we were ready by placing our menus on the edge of the table we waited another 15 minutes while our waitress and the manager and several other waitresses continued to ignore us. The place wasn't even full! We finished our free beers and got out of there before any further frustration. Maybe it is better at the bar, but we won't be back to find out. I give it a ""1"" for its central location and comfortable interiors. The waitstaff needs some serious training, it looked as if it was their very first job ever. Pros: Location Cons: Everything else
