I am into solution if there is a problem. I tried to forget they burned a bebes coat that had been dry cleaned successfully and beautifully many times before. By another dry cleaner that is.
I asked if they could just clean it again at a different temperature?. I asked them if doing so would fix the problem. They said ok. We will dry clean it again. I asked them if they would identify the problem and to reassure me they could fix it. They kept acting as though they didn't speak English and pointing to a receipt that I signed that they were not responsible. They handed me the receipt to show me they were not at fault . I explained that a piece of paper is not an excuse to ruin peoples clothes. The lady grabbed my arm and asked me to come with her. She said that she wanted to show me how dry cleaning works.. I am letting people know not to make the same mistake with this awful establishment. Not only will they ruin your clothes they will pretend ti's not their fault but the fault of the plant they send it to. Then when you try to discuss the problem not only will they ignore you they will pretend they don't speak English. Then they will grab your arm and tell you to come with them!
