found a table i loved for my bday gift, payed for it in full on 10/10/10 hoping to get it by 11/05 my bday. i was told it would be delivered on or about 9days.\r

for my surprise upon arriving home i see reciept which stated 4-8 weeks order time and no refunds, i was mislead and not informed. very disappointed.\r
i called to confirm and when mentioning what i was told salesman acted as if i was lying and said things sometimes take longer then expected. \r
well weeks later i call again...i was told it should arrive Thurs...well 3 thurs later i call again and finally someone actually acted like he cared i recieved my table...not my sales person ,after so long i got my dining table and chairs on 12/18/10\r
very disappointed and will not shop there again,t hey lost a customer and im sure few more to come. if they would have been honest i could have made my choice to buy from them or shop around some more...never again.
