Review content:
Everytime I have gone to this Portillos, I've had horrible service. The employees are disrespectful, the manager did not seem to care the one time I complained and did nothing, the food takes too long, and the parking lot is a nightmare. I've finally given up on Portillos Batavia. It's worth the extra time and gas to go to the Portillos in St. Charles.
